Online the ISPRA 2018 National Mosaics of risk for landslides and floods, risk indicators on population, families, buildings, industries and cultural heritage
Available on the Portal of the Geological Service of Italy the national National Mosaics of risk for landslides and floods, realized on the basis of the Hydrogeological Plans - PAI Frane and of the maps of hydraulic hazard according to the scenarios of the Legislative Decree 49/2010. The mosaics take into account the updates provided by the District Basin Authorities.

The methodology adopted by ISPRA for the production of risk indicators responds to criteria of transparency and replicability. The results are provided on a national, regional, provincial, municipal and aggregate basis for geographical macro-areas and for the distribution of structural funds. Risk indicators and online cartography are a useful tool to support risk mitigation policies, to identify intervention priorities, to allocate funds, to plan land protection measures. At European level (Italy-EU Partnership Agreement) the indicators of the population at risk were selected for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the Structural Fund measures 2014-2020.
