The promotion of the sustainable and efficient use of soil in Italy and in Europe is the main aim of the SOIL4LIFE, a new European project started last October. The project, that has united associations and research organizations, is based on the awareness that the soil must be preserved with more concrete actions and policies, supported by analysis and studies capable of preparing the information necessary for interventions, including regulatory. This knowledge is essential to stop the consumption of this fundamental,  seriously threatened, natural resource.
