The first 2020 issue of the Geological Survey of Italy newsletter is online, which from this year will be send out every three months . Many topics are covered in this issue: the project of excellence recognized to Earth Sciences Department by Miur, the importance of geomorphology to protect our territory, the earthquake that occurred in Albania last November, the prehistoric earthquakes in Lunigiana, the agreement signed  by ISPRA for monitoring the Colosseum Archaeological Park, the Italian Permeability Charter and finally the DInSAR analysis for characterization of the natural hazards of the ancient city of Carsulae
