Geological Survey of Italy Portal

On 7 November 2018 the EPOS-ERIC consortium (European Reasearch Infrastructure Consortium) was launched at the MIUR headquarters. Over 100 people from universities and public institutions  have attended the meeting . Through the EPOS-ERIC Consortium, which will be based in Italy, it will be possible to guarantee, in the long term,  the production of data and services developed within the 10 Thematic Core Services (TCS) of EPOS, the European reference research infrastructure for the geophysics of the solid Earth. ISPRA,  through the Geological Service of Italy,  has provided a significant contribution to the structuring of the ERIC,  with particular reference to the TCS "Geological Information and Modeling".
